First United is great! Over the last 3 years, they have managed two different properties for me. Living out of state, I have never once been concerned about my properties because I knew that First United was taking care of them and handling any tenant issues. Drate is so great to work with and communicates any issues or concerns quickly and descriptively. Whether you are thinking of hiring them for property management or renting one of their properties, I have no doubt it will be a great experience! Only reason I have stopped using them is because I sold my rental properties!
