- RENTAL HISTORY
We require 2 years previous rental history or proof of ownership. The account must be of satisfactory status.
One year of consecutive employment is required. Applicants must net 3 times the monthly rent.
- CREDIT HISTORY
Credit must be of satisfactory status unless approval from an individual owner is obtained.
A written application must be submitted along with a application fee (see below for fee amounts) per individual or married couple to our office in person. We accept faxed or mailed applications, with original signatures. The application fee is non-refundable.One Applicant / married applicants
In the event that there is a questionable status in any of the above criteria, applicants may be rejected or individual owners may be contacted and additional deposits or fees may apply.
Allowance of pets is the choice of our individual owners. If pets are allowed on the property a non-refundable pet fee per pet is required that will not cover any damages that may be caused by the pet.
